The Unburdened Project is a non profit organization that delivers mental, emotional, and practical relief to parents raising special needs children. We provide real help when it’s needed most, so no parent ever feels they have to carry it all alone.

ABOUT US 

This nonprofit exists because no parent should ever feel that suicide is their only option when facing the relentless challenges of raising a special needs child. We are here to deliver real-life help: emergency respite care, emotional support, peer mentorship, financial assistance, and practical resources to lighten the load. Currently servicing the families of the Lehigh Valley, PA.
